Phase MOSAIC LE

Phase MOSAIC LE is identical to the full-featured Phase MOSAIC with only two exceptions:  Any operation that changes any of the values in the raster data array is disabled and files cannot be saved.  This makes Phase MOSAIC LE ideal for accompanying data files as a viewer.  The producer of the data files can also be assured the data is not accidentally modified.
