Phase MOSAIC can optionally generate pixel overlay statistic surfaces from calculations where lists of surfaces are combined. These calculations include registration and averaging. Statistics are calculated at each position over the surface series and mapped to a surface height.

Statistics
| P-V - Surface height at each pixel is the maximum pixel value at that location in the series minus the minimum value. |
| RMS - Surface height at each pixel is the root mean square deviation of each pixel value in the series from the average value. |
In areas which contain less than two valid pixel overlay areas, each of these statistics will be zero.
